The whole experience was good. I scheduled online, was given a two hour window and the tech called me when he was 20 minutes away. He did a great job! He put up corner protectors so the hoses wouldn’t mark the walls and dry mopped the floor afterward. I asked for his card so I could request him specifically next time I need carpet cleaning!

Good deals from time to time. Tech showed up early and although wasn’t initially prepared for the early arrival, the tech was patient and did a fantastic job. Was nice to get it completed earlier than expected.
We just had our air vents cleaned and our service man found a leak. We had to have it repaired before they could actually clean the vents. Now we wonder how long we have been breathing poor quality air! We are very happy this was found and repaired, thanks to ZeroRez! Now we can "breathe easy!"
As someone with allergies, I have to be very careful about what products are used in my house. Your product passes the test. The technician did a great job cleaning my floors! They look absolutely fantastic. In addition he was very friendly and professional.

Was not impressed with the way my carpet looked. I had three bedrooms cleaned and it took only 45 minutes. The tech made one pass over the carpet. When I clean my carpets I go over heavier traffic areas a couple of times. Doing the carpet myself definitely produced much better results. I will not be using zerorez in the future.
Tommy was great! I had very discolored grout. Was only going to have it cleaned but, after talking to Tommy about it, he suggested a waterproof stain. I am THRILLED with the results. It looks like I have a new floor!

The carpets look great and I feel very bad that I can not remember our tech's name, but he did amazing. He walked us through every step, told us what we could do to improve the state of the carpet going forward, answered all of our questions, and was very professional. The only real complaint I have was the initial conversation I had when inquiring. Lindsey told me a price of $134 after a first-time client discount of $20 off and minus the $25 service fee. I was very clear that it was a business. When I called back to see if I could get the same price, I was told that was only for homes, not businesses. They did give me a $20 discount after I asked for it but still ended up paying $258, which was way over the initial quote I received in the first place. If I hadn't already set things in motion, I would have gone a different way. But in the end, I am very pleased with the results, and happy we went with you guys. Thank you for your time!
