I had a large area rug that I moved to the carport for easier cleaning, and I didn’t want it cleaned on top of my laminate flooring. Their service rep arrived on time, cleaned my rug, fast and efficiently, and my rug is now sparkling clean and looks like new. And he was very friendly on top of it. What more could you ask for? I would seriously recommend them to anyone. Thank you ZeroRez.

I was disappointed that some of the spots and areas that was treated didn't clean. I felt that the treatment wasn't left on long enough to work. Other than that Jacob was very efficient &did the job well.
Technicians are very pleasant and professional. Quality of the cleaning is exceptional. No film residue on the furniture after cleaning. No excessive wetness. Dries in reasonable time.

I like that the carpet doesn't have that residual feel from other carpet cleaners. I did notice soap (white splatter) spots on one of my bedrooms that got cleaned. The second room did not have any white splatter on the walls.

I paid extra for additional treatment in a closet that had a urine smell. Not sure why it smelled like that in the first place but the treatment didn’t work. The closet still has a strong urine smell
