Treyvon was our cleaning technician and did a great job! He was courteous ad efficient. I would like to say that I don't like putting my credit information on someone's personal phone to pay a bill. I began but half-way through hesitated, and inquired if I could pay cash and remove my credit information, but he informed me that I could not. His response was that "everybody does it, and doesn't think twice about it." In this day and age with scammers and hackers, cybersecurity should be of primary importance! I feel strongly after this experience, that customers should be informed upfront about payment options so that they can be prepared and make a decision regarding how they are going to submit payment prior to the service visit. If transactions need to be done by phone, Zero rez should provide technicians business phones that could be used for only this. You can be sure that I will be proactive and ask about payment options so that my personal information can remain safe!

Technician lets you know when he will arrive. Always very neat and friendly. Have been using for years. Like that there is no chemical smell. I have had them clean furniture as well as carpet. Give them a try .

I had some upholstery and rugs cleaned. There were a few stains I wanted retouched. They came back and did an excellent job!

Carpet always look great afterward

One of our rooms was not cleaned well. It was the last room the technician did. I called and talk came back to do it again. Again, I don’t believe it was cleaned as well as it could have been.

How fast it drys and it's not crunchy

I had a lot of work for the technician to do and I think in a mix of rush and probably fatigue, some of my furniture and one room of carpet just didn't come out great. That's disappointing because I spent A LOT of money for "just ok" results.
I had him redo a few things, but as I looked more closely after he left, there were other issues that didn't get addressed.

Not pleased that you can t pay enough to your employees that a TIP is included on the bill. Your company makes a lot of money. You can advertise all over town, yet you suggest a tip be paid. I m not sure I will call you again. This really made me think you are not in the business of pleasing your customer. You re in the business of GREED.
