After talking to a service rep about the poor job done on carpeting the last time they immediately sent out a "senior workperson to redo the cleaning job. This person did a wonderful job and really restored my carpeting and I am so pleased with the result. This was great customer service and not often encountered.

Easy to schedule and the crew was very efficient and respectful. I wish I wou have been told the room size maximum before as my family room was over the amount which caused an additional charge.

The cleaning guy, Jose was very nice and friendly and explained the pricing on things I wanted done and took care of everything very efficiently. My carpets had traffic patterns in them but now they look brand new.

Cleaning and technician were great, just some little things... uncontrollable but nothing is perfect.
Tech cleaned up after him self but still some spots remained, no big deal. Job was done well, tech was friendly and informative.

The carpet cleaner was very nice and did a great job.
While the carpet technician was very professional and friendly, I was disappointed with my carpet’s high traffic areas. After allowing the carpets to dry for over 24 hours, I used my Hoover carpet cleaner and pulled a lot of additional dirt out of those areas myself.
