Quote the fees for the pet treatments upfront instead of waiting for the tech to diagnose. My cost doubled with just 5 per spot treatments. I would have never scheduled if I had known how much it would really cost. The tech was excellent but if I refer your company, I will be advising how expensive it can be

Zerorez doesn't use soap on my carpet.
I Didnt he spent enough time on the carpet he was fast and i dont know what he used but this time it left my carpet crunchy. The guy i had the time before this was great i should have given him the tip instead.
