Our first experience with Zerorez was very positive, until the end. The technician was great. He arrived on time, entered with kindness, performed gently and methodically with friendly conversation -- including other services we may consider. The results were about what we expected. UNFORTUNATELY, at the end of this good service he explained that THIS NATIONAL COMPANY DOES NOT TAKE AMERICAN EXPRESS. Oh, come on. We may or may not refer the company, but if we do it will be with the caveat that they maintain this foolish provision.

I paid for carpet cleaning after we moved everything out of our home and moved back to Ohio. My realtor met your employees at my house and let them in. I paid remotely expecting that the work was completed. After 10 days of having our house on the market, the overwhelming feedback we have been receiving is that the carpets smell and are dirty. My realtor had another carpet cleaner come in and paid out of her own pocket to have the carpets cleaned. Their feedback was that there was no way the carpets were ever cleaned. I feel like I was taken advantage of because I wasn’t there and would like a refund for the carpet portion of my invoice.
I will give you credit on the tile floors, they looked spectacular. But the carpet has potentially cost us offers on our home. Extremely disappointed with this experience.

Price and ease of scheduling
Had my tile cleaned and sealed. Sealant got wiped up partially, but I had to clean my entire floor today to get it all the rest of the sealant off. Understand you raised your prices. Had 3 1/2 rooms of carpet cleaned downstairs as well as a set of stairs, a walkway, and kitchen which they count as a room and a half. Almost $700 and that didn't include a downstairs bedroom, laundry room or bathroom. May need to start looking for another company that may not be as costly.
