My original appointment done on 11/16/24 was very poorly done. My carpet actually looked worse than it did before the technician came!
I called the appointment desk the next morning to complain and your lovely associate scheduled a redo appointment. I asked for a new technician so she scheduled me with David Winfield. David came out by the promised time and agreed, my carpet did not look right. He worked on the main areas that needed the most attention and did a marvelous job! He was only scheduled for a touch up appointment so he did not have time to redo everything. What he did looks much better but he suggested I could request him to come out again for a full redo of the 2 rooms and hallway I paid for if I was still not satisfied.

Either the first technician didn't know what to do, or he didn't have a working pretreatment "carpet lifter", or he was in too much of a hurry to get done with his day. I am happy David Winfield on 11/22/24 was able to do the quality cleaning I was expecting at least on the worst of the areas.

I would be much more satisfied if I could get a full redo of the 2 rooms and hallway I was charged for as there are still some areas that should look better.

Your serviceman Jeffrey was very helpful and effecient.

Doing great, just think a higher rating is not warranted. The tech' did a great job and answered all my questions; very professional.

I forgot the nice young man that came to my house to clean the carpet. I think it might be Cameron? Well he was very nice friendly and explained what he was going to do and the carpets look beautiful.

Rob, the carpet cleaner, was wonderful! Larry and Charles were great as well. Jean said a snippy remark that was a real turn off and I almost didn't use the company. I found some of their policies a bit restrictive and when you add up all the 'add-ons, it's expensive.

Tech was prompt and courteous. Job done fast and carpets look great.

The techs are knowledgable and professional. Staff are respectful of your home and listen well to all concerns. They will offer advice and suggestions but are never "pushy" and allow the customer space to make decisions. The whole house smells fresh and I know any areas cleaned are completely done and done well.

Service was fast and professional and Josh even went out his way to try to remove stains from the flooring. Would definitely hire again

My home was the last appointment of the day so it was a little challenging since the bedroom needed to dry for 6 hours but it all worked out. I have ancient carpets so he did the best as was possible.
