We have used zerorez in the past with no issues. However this time will be the last.

We hired Zerorez to clean the carpets after we moved out of a rental house. The gentleman who cleaned 3 bedrooms and closets of carpet did so in under 15 min. He did not vaccum or anything.
When he left, the carpets were so wet they were making small puddles in the hallway at the edge of the carpet. Every room had dirt and hair at the edge of the carpets around the entire room.
The work was unacceptable. Due to this we were charged by our landlord $330.00 to reclean the carpets.

We would like someone to speak to us regarding this as soon as possible.

I like that you don't use soap. I've been a customer since 2013, perhaps earlier, & find the carpet seems to be cleaner longer than when I'd used other companies.

Technician Jeff deserves commendation. He was very courteous, listened to what my carpet problems were and finished the cleaning quickly & effectively. When I call again next year I hope he can take care of my carpets again.

2 members of your phone staff couldn't find the coupon I used, but when I reached Charles, he knew about it immediately & wrote up the order easily.

The guy totally left a whole section by the closet not done. He said he tried but you can tell he did not touch it. The master bedroom could of been better.

Mario cleaned the tile and grout throughout our entire home. He also sealed the bathroom showers and did some upholstery cleaning. He was very courteous, friendly, and professional. Our floors and furniture look brand new and I love that the products are clean and safe.

The carpets came out great! My issue is that to clean the carpets was almost double the amount I was quoted on the phone. You should be upfront about your costs. Not ok.
