First appointment window they let me sit at my vacant rental house until 5 mins before my window was up then called and cancelled on me. I Took time out of my day, rearranged my schedule and meetings and sat there for nothing.

When someone enters my gome and leaves i expect to be just as when they arrived. The cleaner left water on my floor by the steps. He even said oh that's just water . My carpet is almost 20 years old. I've had a lot of doggies in and out of my bedroom. I was amazed at how clean my carpet was after he finished thank you so much and excellent excellent customer service and my service guy was great.

Creed was very informative and what he predicted happened. I can still smell urine. My hope is it will dissipate once it drys 100%, but he did a great job on all three rooms. Carpet looks great!

I appreciate the ease of scheduling and the friendly technician; however the quality of the tile cleaning was beyond poor. When the technician arrived I asked about a couple specific areas mainly the kitchen area grout and he mentioned the grout should improve quite a bit with the treatment. I stayed out of the technicians way in my master bedroom while the work was complete. I did see him spray the floor and bring in several machines and fans. I was looking forward to having the tile and grout cleaned. When I looked at the completed job the grout looked exactly the same. He stated it will lighten when it dries. There were a few streaks in the floor and he mentioned he was going to go over the area once more with a microfiber mop. He did that and mostly they were better, there were a few areas that were streaked but I figured I would take care of those when he left. I did ask if the reason the grout didn’t appear clean was that it needed another treatment, he replied it was need to be tinted and possibly sealed. I brought out my swiffer to go over a couple of spots and was shocked, the pad was dirty as if the floor wasn’t cleaned. I went over a couple other areas and next pad I used was dirty also. I used approximately 15 or so pads, all which were dirty. What a dissappointing experience. Neither the tile or grout were cleaned. I did reach out to customer service and sent photos of the swiffer pads I used to clean the floor right after the service, I requested a refund and was denied. I was offered a redo of the service which I don’t see why that would make a difference. The same procedures would be completed which didn’t work. If you are able to help with this matter that would be great!

I had my tile done and it’s left with streaks in most places. I was surprised to see it. I tried to take pictures but it’s not really showing up.

We have used Zerorez for many years. Not only are their techs always on time and very courteous, they do an excellent job with their cleaning, explaining options, and responding to questions. Excellent customer service!

The service tech, Casey did an outstanding job on cleaning our carpet. We spoke to him about our tile, and he did a small sample showing us how the tile flooring could be cleaned. We scheduled him to come back and do our tile floors.

REALLY GET THE CARPETS CLEAN. MINE ARE VERY OLD BUT LOOK ALMOST NEW AFTER GETTKING zEROREX.
