The carpet was left with several spots. The tile grout did not come out as clean as it has previously just last year. The carpeting can definitely be cleaner and would like a technician to come back and reclean. I don't know if the tile grout can be cleaner. I am disappointed because Ive had greater success in September 2023 and it's an expensive procedure. I would like someone try to clean certain areas again. I don't know if I will use Zerorez services again or recommend to others. It's an okay job and the tech worked hard but it wasn't as outstanding as previous years.

The technician was kind and professional. The unfortunate thing is that the cleaning of the grout was not successful in the kitchen, and i had to hand scrub the kitchen grout after the service was completed. For paying over $1000 for the cleaning service, I was disappointed in the amount of time I had to spend in the kitchen on hands and knees scrubbing the rest of the rime out of the grout. The reasoning for getting the service was to not have to spend the time doing it myself, and hopefully having a professional do it more effectively and efficiently.
In addition, there should be more than one tech coming out to a home that is 3000 sq feet. Our tech was at the home for more than 4 hours and didn't get a break for food or anything - I provided him food and drinks since he had not eaten yet that day. More techs would provide more fluid and intricate work as he got tired and hot towards the end (totally understandable).

Amazing service! I couldn't believe the results of the tile and the carpet. I was really hoping for miracles, and was shocked when I saw the end result. Stains that had been on the tile for years, were gone! Carpet that was well worn and stained, was looking so much better. My technician, Robert H. was fabulous! I was expecting a tech with limited experience because this is a service job, and not many people can sustain the work environment. Well, Robert H has 21 years of experience in cleaning carpets/floors, and it shows! He was able to tell me what he was going to do and a timeline, and he exceeded all my expectations. I'll be calling Zerorez, and requesting Robert H again!!!

2 vans broke down needed 3rd van to complete job. Took six hours of my day, only bright spot was the technician who did the work. Company showed no concern for my time by offering a low ball 10% discount.

Loved the 3 technicians that showed up onsite, completing the job in half the time as originally quoted, and the work was done so well that I couldn't be happier with the service as well as the overall experience with Zeroez.

Creed the tech that came to my home was amazing. Respectful and very informative! He checked all the materials on my couch and rug to ocnfirm that the product would hurt them. I was very impressed by him and he did a great job cleaning my home.

I've used Zerorez in the past and had great results! This time, my grout was not as clean. The technician was nice and took a scrub brush and grout cleaner to a few spots, which helped. However, the equipment he brought in should have done the job.I wiped some residual water up after he left and my floor wasn't very clean. It was a lot better than it was, but I feel the equipment could have had an issue or something.

Technician was prompt and very considerate and helpful. Carpet looked great after service, even those high traffic areas I originally doubted could be cleaned. Also not crunchy after cleaning.

Our floors were thoroughly cleaned in a reasonable amount of time. There wasn't any pressure to purchase additional services, nor any attempts to add upcharges or other hidden costs.

Technician did not scrub the tile grout before cleaning the tile and the grout lines in both bathrooms look terrible, almost like they were not cleaned at all.
