My cleaner was named Creed. He was professional very polite and explained everything. He had a personality and joked with me, an elderly woman, and he was great regarding his personality and the love of his job.

I booked my service online. It was easy to do. I’m not great with measurement's so I knew my estimate was off. A few days prior to my service, I received an email detailing what I could do to prepare my home for cleaning. On the day of my service, I received a courtesy call that my technician would arrive outside of my time window. I appreciated the call. When Jordan arrived, we walked through the entire house so I could show him exactly what needed to be done. He took measurements and adjusted my work order accordingly. He made additional suggestions as he noticed the shower stalls had some calcium buildup. He explained the processes he was performing and had me check the work before moving on. He was very thorough and gave me some great suggestions to keep my floors looking great. He had me review the final invoice before sending it to me for payment. Paying was easy and I was able to leave a tip as well. I highly recommend Zerorez as communication was clear, the staff is friendly and the technicians are very knowledgeable.

I had scheduled with another company that canceled at the last minute, leaving me in a bind. I called Zerorez, and they scheduled a cleaning right away. The technician showed up on time and was very professional, and the carpets came out great. I was very satisfied with the results and would use them again!

I had you right before July 1 cause I was moving. I had animals so I assumed the young guy would vacuum the carpet before he shampooed it and he said we don’t do that. You’ve got to be kidding, I said. He said, can I use your vacuum and I’ll go ahead and vacuum.You want to use my vacuum and I’m paying you! Also when I booked the appt.i said I’d pay for 1 gal of the stain remover. He said he’d use it on each spot, well my dogs tracked in and out of the doorway so the whole area needed stain remover not just each spot so I said then forget it, just shampoo the carpet, I was NOT HAPPY. I’ll send you pictures of the finished results, needless to say, I didn’t get my deposit back!! I called to talk to the mgr but they said the mgr was in a meeting, I never called back. I’ll send you pictures of the results of the carpet cleaning, they will say from Name removed, Phone number removed

Protected walls and did his best with 20+ yr old carpet.
Called to ask if ok to be early, I was more than happy with that.
He even helped me get the last chair out the front door.
