Quick - yet thorough!
This is probably the third or fourth time you have cleaned my carpet. There’s areas that don’t even look like they’ve been cleaned. The master closet was skipped altogether. I’ve been very happy in the past. But not this time.
The carpet looks great.
The tech was great but I had to have him do the job twice to get it fairly clean. Looking at other options for the future.
Your technician did a great job, I have now used you 2 times and will continue to use you on my rental properties,

Cleans really well and dries quickly!
My condo carpet and tile are now just beautiful! Our technician was a perfectionist. If I was not happy then he wasn’t either and he would work at it until it was perfect. It’s wonderful to actually work with a company that cares. I thought work efforts was in the past. Isn’t it great to know that there is a company who hires and trains employees that care.
Jesse was great. He did exactly what we asked of him and did his best to make our old carpet look better.

Service was quick and easy to schedule. Service was done quickly, technician Bradley was great and very kind.
Our carpets are dirtier than they were before the job. Several stains that were basic (coffee, lotion) remain on the carpet. There are now many new marks on the carpet from what looks like using dirty water.

I have used zerorez before and they did amazing job. This time guy said would be here an hour was only here for 30 min and in less then 24 hours after paying over $200 and an extra $50 for a deodorizer the carpet doesn't smell clean at all also there’s a spot that didn’t get done had a rug put over it that I got shampooed as well and not carpet under neath.

I felt like the appt was rushed. Didn’t remove stains out of the pillows Just pretty much used a steam with the regular cushions and pillows Thought they might do a conditioner to at least make you smell like they are fresh but they didn’t. And then they didn’t do the actual couch also on the sides I don’t know. Felt like I had a better experience awhile back when I used you last time I didn’t but I would feel bad for anyone let’s say buying a couch from offer up and that would be the way to clear it for that price. I believe I paid double to what it was a couple years ago

Good cleaning process - makes my carpet clean
I hadn’t had my carpet cleaned in over a year, also my carpet is over ten years old. I wasn’t expecting miracles but I hoped for a slight improvement. I was very pleasantly surprised when my carpet looked so much better after the cleaning. My technician did a GREAT job! He was professional, thorough, and fast working when I told him I had an appointment and had to leave by a certain time. I will not wait so long to get my carpet cleaned again, especially when I see what a positive difference it makes.
No chemicals and carpet came out looking amazing. Also your tech Ezekiel was a great guy and knew all about the process.
There is no odor or stiffness when the job is completed.
Everyone tries hard to do a job and they do.
I am not a person to tell a person how to do there job. My complaint if you want to call it that is:
1) When I was given my time frames for the representative to show up to clean my carpet I was given two choices. I told the CSR that I had to work until three and they responded with, the 2-5 should work for me. The representative then called at 1:30pm and stated they were on their way. The representative showed up a little earlier than two so my wife showed them what needed cleaning, at which point to stated start in the front as I work until three. at two thirty he was done with the living room and hallway so I suggested for he to do the bedroom and I would be closer to being off as I work until three. He stated he had a system he liked to stick to. Long story short, I left work fifteen minutes early so the gentleman could clean the carpet in the bedroom and office.
2) We have had our carpet cleaned a number of times since we bought this house in 2015, we have never had it cleaned in under an hour before. I am still waiting to see what comes back and how quickly.
