Our technician was Mike and he was very knowledgeable and efficient. This was for a new house we had purchased and I was worried about some spots in one room and he got them all removed and explained why one area looked the way it did, useful information that I can use in the future when purchasing carpet! I have used ZeroRez for years in several different homes and always recommend them to other people and will continue to do so.

There are still spots on the carpets that were not resolved. We specifically mentioned the area of concern and after 24 hours the spots are still there.

I like that Zerorez does not leave residue in carpets. Service has always been friendly and professional with good results.

Tech was great. Floors are great. Paid 250 ish for stairs and they have residue and the paint has rubbed off. Technician was very diligent in taking responsibility and finding a solution with stating I’ll receive a phonecall to schedule paint repairs. No call Messaged him several times and he always is apologetic and answers immediately. It’s been a week and there is nothing being done. Again Matthew the tech has been amazing so I think the ball has been dropped elsewhere. I will call the office today.
