I didn’t like that my final cost was more than $100 than the estimate. The fact that I couldn’t substitute a rug for the 4th room made me angry, especially since it’s smaller than a bedroom. I probably will not be using your company in the future.

Everything seemed fine until I noticed the tech didn’t use any bumpers for the wall corners. I just spent over 30 min trying to clean off all the black scuff marks from the hose going all the way up the stairs. Most came off with a special cleaner (but which can also remove some of the paint) but some spots will have to be painted. In my experience, Zerorez is better than that.
The products worked well on my dirty carpet. Tristin was a good worker and worked hard to make it look awesome. He was friendly. I would gave Zerorez back again.
