I originally had Jose clean my carpets and furniture and then he came back to clean my tile. Everything about his professionalism was perfect. He was very meticulous and, when he was finished, everything had a wonderful glow to it and my furniture looked gorgeous. He is an outstanding worker and I have recommended him to two other friends who will probably have their tile done. This young man is remarkable!

I think Ryan did a fantastic job and was very thorough.

Service personal was pleasant, but the carpet cleaning appeared no different than other company's we have used. I have also cleaned my own carpets with a carpet machine and have pretty much ended with the same result. Some stains on the top of the carpet over looked and or not cleaned as well as other areas. At best work very average.

I asked for a specific technician because I've used him multiple times with great success, and it was confirmed that he was available for that day. Come my appointment day, I was contacted by a different technician who said he was on the way. What???

I asked for a specific tech for a reason, and that should be flagged in your appointment system. If the app doesn't have that feature, it should. So, either he actually wasn't scheduled to work that day or he called in sick/unavailable, but if a customer asks for a specific tech and he/she becomes unavailable, it would be better for Dispatch to call and explain what's going on, not leave it to some poor replacement to try to explain what's transpired.

Since I had the house all set for the appointment and I had out-of-town guests arriving the next day, I went ahead with the new tech. However, I felt duped and will look for another company for my next service. Work on your customer service program!

The technician Jeff was fantastic. This was the second time we’ve had him out and my wife requested him again. His customer service and his work has been phenomenal.

We had residual stains and residue left by previous carpet cleaners and not only did our carpets come out clean, they have stayed clean. Ryan was on time and courteous and we are very pleased with the outcome. Would highly recommend!
