Gabe did the best job ever on our living room rug and stairs. Both took 24 hours to dry, however, not 4-6 as was suggested. We’ll have Zerorez again, just won’t get our hopes up for a quick turn-around.

I've been using Zerorez for several years and I'm always happy with their work. Regarding my latest cleaning the tech was very clean, friendly, professional and polite. He was in and out in less than an hour and my carpet was dry within 4-5 hours. Great job once again!
Yesterday my carpet got cleaned and the person who did it did not do a good job. I felt like he rushed through the process and left my carpet with a yucky smell. I had services before and for the 1st time I felt displeased with the carpet cleaning.
Easy to make the appointment, lots of reminders including a notification from the tech when he was on his way. Super nice, very dog friendly, efficient and fast! Our rugs look 100% cleaner!! They dried beautifully.

the service and quality of the job was great. the person did an amazing job. the problem was that a had a rug i need it to clean actually 2 but the price was 140 for just one and its smaller than a bedroom anyways I called another place was able to clean my 2 rugs for way cheaper. you are way too overpriced for a rug..

The tech comes in does his job does not try to upsell us on anything like Stanley cleaners that we don't want. They are very pleasant, cleans up after themselves and leaves.
