Always love the great job that I get from Zero Rez. Your staff is always very professional, kind and hard working. If I have any constructive critique is that the carpet was a bit too wet. Took several hours to dry out. Will always use this service

I was disappointed that it did not clean the carpet as well as I would have liked. Still dark areas in the high traffic locations. Also some spots left that I spot cleaned with the spot cleaner that I usually use which did the job.

Easy to schedule, showed up on time, explained all services, reviewed my order, suggested things that were needed and things that were not, I didn't feel like I was getting "sold" on anything. They were thorough, professional, they set expectations on completion time and were done when they said they would be. I won't be calling anyone else for my floors, carpets, and furniture cleaning.
Technician was friendly but didn’t go over my couch enough passes to clean 2 spots that needed greater attention
The tech comes in does his job does not try to upsell us on anything like Stanley cleaners that we don't want. They are very pleasant, cleans up after themselves and leaves.
