Professional, friendly, and my carpets are very clean.

Service I received was absolutely top-tier. The team member that came into my home to clean my carpets and the furniture Was very professional and friendly. I would request this team member again for regular service.
My complaint is with the estimate I was given online. I Was quoted almost $185 for 2 rooms of carpet and a hallway and two couches on the estimator for my quote. I input the correct sizes of my couches to be given an accurate estimate. When the team member came in my quote more than doubled. I went from about one $185 To over $430. It was explained to me that furniture is measured differently than rooms of carpet. That feature needs to be severely updated. I was not anticipating spending that much beyond my quote. I do understand it is a quote but quotes are typically within plus or minus $50.
I proceeded with the service because it’s what I needed in my home and I am fortunate enough that I was able to cover the extreme difference.
Please update the quote feature on your website for furniture. Others might not be able to complete the service at such a high difference of cost.

Juan did a great job on my 2 couches and area rug (better than I expected for the condition of the rug).

I don't think anything was done incorrectly I just don't believe you can clean something like carpet without any chemicals or heat. You essentially just rinse and vacuum. My carpet still smells and your tech was unable to remove stains from a rug.

The staff person was professional and cordial; he explained what he was going to do and checked with us before starting the carpet and tile grout cleaning. However, the end result on the carpet cleaning was disappointing and did not provide the expected/promised results. One of the main issues was pet urine on specific areas of the carpet. He indicated that the urine residual that was on the carpet would be removed and that there would not be any odor. He acknowledged that the odor was very slight to begin with. After the carpet dried, I could smell the urine more strongly. I have kept my pets from the carpet (shut in other rooms of the house/gates placed on the entrance to the living room).so I know that these aren't fresh stains. Checking with the black light this morning there are at least five places that indicate remaining urine stains. There are also spots in general on the carpet that weren't there before. So the overall result is disappointing to the level that I would not be inclined to use your services again. I had heard good reviews before which is why I selected your company. Very disappointing.

Did a great job cleaning the carpets

The cost of the sealer on my grout, on a very small kitchen floor, was rediculess. I assume
Zerorez dictates what the prices are for service. I would like the company to consider a refund of at least 3/4 of the cost. It took about 3-4 minutes from a tall spray can and used a small amount. I would like to continue to useZerorez but can't at those prices.

I feel that zero Rez products are better for carpets because they leave no residue that would attract dirt and grime. The technician Devon, (I think that’s his name) was very personable, knows his products, and very efficient.
