One of our rooms was not cleaned well. It was the last room the technician did. I called and talk came back to do it again. Again, I don’t believe it was cleaned as well as it could have been.
How fast it drys and it's not crunchy

I had a lot of work for the technician to do and I think in a mix of rush and probably fatigue, some of my furniture and one room of carpet just didn't come out great. That's disappointing because I spent A LOT of money for "just ok" results.
I had him redo a few things, but as I looked more closely after he left, there were other issues that didn't get addressed.

I m not sure I will call you again. This really made me think you are not in the business of pleasing your customer. You re in the business of GREED.
