Recently, had Zerorez duct and carpet cleaning performed. I feel the duct cleaning service was excellent and the carpets are visibly much cleaner; they also fully dried within six hours. All three service reps were pleasant and courteous and took care to protect surrounding surfaces during respective treatment. Excellent service and very reasonable. One thing however that I disagree with is the company’s pending change of considering maximum room some for carpet cleaning from 250 sq ft to 200 sq ft. and that furniture within that actually reduces the cleaning area significantly (such as king size beds, wardrobes, triple dressers etc.) not easily removed for cleaning, do not affect room size pricing. Any square footages above the maximum is to be regarded as doubling the room rather then an incremental charge.
Overall, the carpets look much better. But many of the dirt marks, while reduced, are still evident.

I find it ridiculous that your technicians are permitted to ask for a tip following their services. It’s not like we can inspect the work that they had performed with the carpet being wet upon completion. There is no walk through following their completion. In all honesty, it makes for a very uncomfortable interaction. I feel that this practice should be removed from your day-to-day business. Technicians could spend a little more time being thorough.
Not only did the carpets come out clean so did my grout on my tile floors! Looks brand new!
