Zerorez product leaves no residue on the carpet and is clean. Zerorez technician showed up on time and notified us 15 minutes before arrival and he was professional and efficient. Job well done!

The work done on 11/24/24 was very good. The work done on 11/23/24 was not. We were asked if we wanted a coating on the office floor to stop odor for 50 dollars and we said no then he dropped the price to 30 dollars and we agreed; however we were billed 50 dollars.
Excellent customer service from Michelle, she was very knowledgeable. We like Zerorex because it doesn’t leave soap residue and the carpet looks like new
We use Zerorez about every 6 months and the service is always excellent. From the ease of booking online, the availability to the pleasantness of all the staff we’ve encountered. We don’t, and won’t, use anyone else.

I have Smart Strand carpeting which can only be cleaned with steam rather than chemicals. A friend recommended Zerorex to me. The technician called 15 minutes prior to showing up for my appointment. He explained the process and answered any questions that I had.
There was one very large dark stain in the living room carpet, and he was able to completely remove it. I am very pleased with the service and the results of the cleaning process.
Originally I got a quote for $125 for my 2 living rooms and one rug. When the guy came to do the carpet cleaning he said it would be $200. I ended paying over $200.
