I love that chemicals are not used to clean it and the diligence/effort put into cleaning all the spaces quickly yet thoroughly. Your service professional was very professional and respectful and listened to me closely. I could easily understand his speech as well.

Larry was really open to hearing detailed instructions and concerns, and he talked me through all the possibilities, including areas he thought might be of concern (in terms of getting the stain out). But he got it all out, and paid attention to all the details I gave him, and this was fantastic! I'd definitely book Larry again.

The team did an amazing job! We had someone clean our carpets, tile and grout. He did an amazing job and worked so hard. We also had our air ducts and dryer vents cleaned. The team went out of the way to make sure everything was done correctly. They were very knowledgable and communicated well

I use Zerorez once or twice a year and they always manage to make my carpet and tile look amazing. The team employed by Zerorez are exceptional. They explain the cleaning plan and don't keep trying to upsell on additional services. They listen well.

I also really appreciate the fact that each service tech enters detailed notes about that they did at my house so that the next time I have them here, they can easily reference the information to provide great continuity of services.
