Patrick came to clean our carpets. He was prompt, polite, answered our questions and did a very good job. Spots that I didn't think would come out of the carpet have disappeared. I was very happy with the way the carpets looked.
We have two pets, one being a 6 month old puppy, and the carpets took a toll during the training stages. Now the puppy is train to go outside and Zero Rez cleaned the carpets back to new! He had taken the time to provide us with the information that we needed prior to cleaning the carpets and best of all he took the time and attention to certain spots in the carpet that we had questions about. At the end he was chatting with us about the traffic, hit the trouble spots once again and then finished with the fiber protection. The carpet looks great again.
