What we liked most was that our service person listened to what our carpet concerns were and assured us that they could be taken care of. Checked with us throughout the process. We had "traffic" areas that needed extra attention and that taken care of to our satisfaction. Looked wonderful!

The carpets look great. They dried completely over two days. The zerorez staff were kind, knowledgeable, efficient and thpurogh.
