I had a coupon for $139 for 3 rooms so I expected costs to be near that. I had some stains that needed treatment so I was changed $80 per room x 2 rooms. Now I wanted clean carpets - more than doubling my costs to reach that goal of clean carpets seems a bit like like a come on to selling extra service at a high mark up. No way an extra spray treatment should costs $80.
My guess is every cleaner is instructed to sell that service to make the trip more profitable.
So, the job was well done. The real costs to get a good clean is not what it says on the coupon.

Kieth did an excellent job on our carpets. We had a problem area that needed extra attention and he did a great job attending to it. He went the extra effort with a pleasant attitude thru out.

We have two places they did and they did just as good.

The people who did the ducts were very good and they knew what they were doing. I asked some questions and they responded with professionalism. We have used them to clean our carpets too a long time ago.
