The cost is reasonably priced, the technicians answers our questions and provide information about the process. Its easy to make an appointment and the service is performed during the window of time provided.
JD was prompt, warm and readily responded to my concerns during our walk-through. He made recommendations and presented a plan before proceeding which took into account I am a repeat customer. The carpets were steam-cleaned, instructions provided and payment rendered in a timely, professional manner. My hope is they offer JD a BONUS as he knows how to 'treat' both the customer and their carpets?! Thank you JD and Zerorez!

The service guy was very friendly and did a great job. I liked the devices he used so that he didn't scrape the corners of the woodwork and the material he put up to cover the door opening gap when he brought his hose in. We plan on having ZEROREZ back next year.
Jake came and did our carpet. He was on time and very pleasant. I showed him concerns of mine and he addressed them. Very pleasant to talk to. Answered all questions. He went out of his way to make us happy. You are very lucky to have him work for you. Everyone should have Jake do their carpet!

The young man, Alex, who came to clean the carpets was very thorough, inspecting the carpet for stains and wear before starting and also taking extra care on the carpeted steps. I appreciated his advice for aftercare before he left when the job was complete.

Fair price, tech gave us a 15 minute notice before arrival, he was respectful, knowledgeable and friendly, educated us on harsh store bought cleaning solutions, service was fast and was very effective. We’ve used other carpet cleaners in the past, we’ll definitely be a return customer.
