Zerorez is great. I really appreciate the friendly service. I wish you wouldn’t force the techs to do that schtick near the end of the service where they have to come get me and pretend they can’t find the stains. It’s really lame and obvious as a repeat customer and it makes me question the service you’re providing.

Mandel and Hykeem did a very nice job at my home. They took their time to make sure my carpet and stairs were cleaned thoroughly. They were both very friendly and professional. They came early in my scheduled block of time, which was nice and convenient. Mandel was communicative about the entire process, from the moment they arrived to the moment they left. My carpet looks and feels a lot nicer now. I will request Mandel and Hykeem next time I use Zerorez! Thank you both!
