So this was the second time , I had them come out a couple weeks ago . My carpet was so wet and if felt so dirty , it took 3 days to dry . This guy came out , he was so nice and professional. And my carpet looks and feels clean. I told him I bet he got a lot of dirt out of my carpet this time . I’m so glad he was the one to redo the carpet !
I’m really glad I got a follow up phone call after my not so great experience. I’m so happy now . Like I said , it looks clean, and feels clean . With such a great response I absolutely would recommend it again and use the service . I think just telling the guys to spend time getting the dirty water out of the carpet , will help a lot to customers !

I would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone looking to get their carpets cleaned. The technician was very knowledgeable and thorough with the cleaning and all of the pet odor was removed from our carpet.
