Good product, but the real differentiator was the outstanding service and above-and-beyond effort from the employee who cleaned our home. He was polite, professional, incredibly thorough, and clearly took pride in doing the job right.
He worked extremely hard on both our carpets and tile, paid close attention to the areas that needed it most, and communicated with me throughout the entire process. He was also friendly, easy to work with, and very conscientious about making sure I was happy with the results.

I have used Zerorez multiple times and have always been very satisfied with the service and the technicians. Emily did an amazing job on my carpets! She was very thorough in cleaning my carpets. They look so much better now! In fact while she was here cleaning my carpets one of my neighbors called me and asked me about Zerorez as she was needing her carpets cleaned. She ended up calling and getting an appointment scheduled for the following week.

We had an excellent experience with Zerorez, especially with our technician, Brett. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and more than willing to answer any questions we had. He is a great representative for the company.
One thing I especially appreciated was learning that the cleaning products and process Zerorez uses are pet- and child-friendly. I may not have children, but my pets are absolutely my family, so that was very important to me. Brett noticed that we have dogs and made a point of explaining this to me, which I really appreciated.
