Excellent service, on time, kind technician.
The ZeroRez technician Allen, is so knowledgeable about the cleaning of our carpets. Allen told me everything he was going to do as we did the walkthrough of the rooms, any concerns I had with those areas. When he was finished with those rooms he asked me to check the carpet to see if I was satisfied fifth the cleaning.
I definitely will use ZeroRez again and ask specifically for Allen.

We purchased a new home and used your carpet and air duct services and each team was very professional. They explained the process and did the work efficiently. They even called to see if they could come early. That was a nice plus.

The technician that came to our townhouse was very friendly and did a very good job.
First, I want to say that Zerorez was recommended to me by the firm that services my A/C and heating systems, and that says a lot right there. I needed my air ducts and dryer duct cleaned. I scheduled Zerorez and the entire process took about 1.5 - 2 hours. The best thing about Zerorez was their technicians. They were super friendly and super respectful....very easy to talk to and not stand off-ish in the least. Were they perfect? No, but what they missed was minor (and this feedback is just FYI for Zerorez for future dotting of i's and crossing of t's). I had one duct in the basement bathroom that was not covered (it looked very different - round instead of rectangular) and I found a mess that took 2 minutes to clean up on my bathroom floor. They DID cover the vents on the 2nd floor and forgot to remove the plastic from 2 or 3 of them when they left so I had to toss them out. Not a big deal. I'll take that over rude technicians any day.
