Larry was very professional and listened to what I needed to be cleaned. He had great attention to detail and was able to remove old cooking oil stains from a dog that had a bad experience with it. The service didn't take too long and he came earlier than expected.

Your employees were prompt and professional. They should not wear shoes into our homes though! When coming in to look at the space they walked right into the carpet area with shoes on. Straight from outside to the carpet. I’ve had this happen at other carpet cleaning places as well. It boggles my mind. Coming to clean but wearing outside shoes on the carpet

The service tech called ahead and asked if he could come early. Showed up early, gave a GREAT consultation about what he could do to remove the pet stains and smells. When he was done the carpets we were considering have replaced looked and smelled like new.
