Mandel, and Drew, who is in training- called 15 minutes before arriving to let us know their arrival time. They were both very friendly and professional and asked if we had any questions and then got right to work. They explained the steps they would be doing. Great experience!!

I am so thankful that we finally had Zerorez come out to clean our ducts! Thirty-five years in this house and twenty-two years of very hairy German "shedders" Shepherds made our vents clogged with debris. The guys were efficient, professional, and friendly. We had an excellent experience! (I just wish we hadn't waited so long to do this.)

Larry was very professional and listened to what I needed to be cleaned. He had great attention to detail and was able to remove old cooking oil stains from a dog that had a bad experience with it. The service didn't take too long and he came earlier than expected.
