The main thing we liked was Joe, our service provider. I assume all of your people are equally talented, but Joe did an outstanding job of explaining, offering suggestions and implementing the work. The carpets looked amazing after he was done, too! We will definitely be returning customers. Our carpets were very overdue for cleaning, but our past (less than satisfactory) experiences with other companies made us hesitate to get them cleaned. WCCO's endorsements led us to try your company, and we could not be more satisfied.
end result - deep cleaning. The key for me will be how long this lasts in comparison to previous vendors that I have used. I am optimistic that it will be better.
Professional approach, good results
We like the fact you only use empowered water with no residue. Also, your lifetime supply of spot remover is awesome. My wife purchased some latex paint from a store and the clerk didn't get the cover on tight. When she got home it had tipped over in the passenger seat (cloth material) and leaked out quite a bit of paint. We just kept spraying and blotting with your solution and now you can't even tell it happened. Thanks Zerorez!
