Product cleaned very well and smelled fresh. Service was very good.
Service was quick to schedule. I like the fact that you do not use chemical detergents for cleaning the carpeting. As the cleaning was being done, it was a night and day difference between the cleaned area and the carpet yet to be cleaned. The rooms were left fresh smelling, not the lingering odor of soap.
This was the first time I had used your service. Have heard a lot good comments about it and wanted to see for myself. I would definitely use zerorez again next time.
WOW, what a miracle. I have (4) boys and the traffic areas in the house and bedrooms were a mess. I had (6) bedrooms, (2) family rooms, (2) sets of stairs (1) office and all the closets and walkways done. Your cleaning method is 1 of a kind !!!!!!!
All of the traffic areas and stains were removed completly including 1 on the stairs that had been there for almost 2 years.

Everything about Zerorez was first class! From the initial phone call, to the follow up, to the service, to the service after the sale. I was expecting a lot, but it blew me away! The carpet looks great too!
I like the fact that you don't leave any kind of chemical residue in the carpet. I'm also happy that you're willing to come back and address individual stains or areas that didn't get cleaned well the first time.
The fact that you are not really using any chemicals or soap, that stay on/in in the carpet, and attract more dirt.
The carpet didn't have that crunchy feeling you get with other companies. The Tec. that came out was very professional and friendly.

You stand behind your service. I had a bad experience with the first rep that came out to clean my carpet. When I called to complain, you sent someone else back the same day who cleaned the carpet again and was great to work with.
The services technician was very nice and knowledgeable and he did an amazing job cleaning the carpet. I really didn't think some of the spots would come out but they all did! I would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone who is looking to have their carpets cleaned.
Everything - Jeremy did a fabulous job two different times. He made my carpet look like new again and it is at least 23 years old. Highly recommended !!!

no use of chemicals, they were there promptly, the technician explained about a few stains and wear patterns that he couldn't resolve with the cleaning
Intrigued by no soap residue, price was good, nice young man came (early even!) - called ahead, very professional. Our bedrooms are TINY and we are well aware of that - because the bedrooms were so small, he did not charge us for the hallway which was nice - it was fair.
Joe was very professional and curterous. He called when he was on his way and was on time. My carpets looked better than I expected they would.
