It was more about the customer service that Rob, our technician, provided than the products and services. He was very professional from the beginning; he took the time to walk through each of the rooms with us to discuss the pros and cons of the various cleaning options we had. He listened to what we said and didn't try to pressure us into the most expensive option. Even if the cleaning had been horrible (which it wasn't - our house smells great!) Rob definitely left us with a positive feeling about Zerorez.

The customer service was friendly. They called me to update me on when the tech would arrive. The tech called to say when they would arrive, and then called back when they hit traffic and would be late. Very courteous as I had a conference call that I was trying to work in during the arrival time.
Everyone, from the initial call to the technician who did the work, were courteous and helpful. Tim worked alone and was quick and thorough, carpets look great. I appreciated the call ahead of time to give me the three hour window.
Polite, friendly staff; took time to do a thorough job, not in and out in 20 minutes or so as has happened with other cleaners; understanding and accommodating that some cleaning was added on which I forgot to mention when placing order (area rug, for instance, assured me they arranged jobs so that they had time between jobs to make adjustments for individual client needs.
