The carpets looked and smelled clean after your method of cleaning. This was my 3rd time to use your services, and I had very good men each time. However, this time, Matt Thompson had a tough job, cleaning up after a sloppy bathroom remodel. Matt apologized afterward, because nothing would completely take out the grout that was on the hallway carpet, right outside the bathroom door. However, when I look at it now, I don't think anyone would even notice, since Matt was able to take off quite a bit of the stain. Thanks, Matt, and thanks to your whole staff at Zerorez!!!!!

The technician Reed was very helpful in explaining the process for both the duct cleaning and carpet cleaning service he was providing. This was my first time using Zerorez. My carpets looked fluffy when the service was completed.

I like that there isn't any residue and you were able to remove the pet urine smell from the carpet.

I am totally impressed with Zerorez!!! We started our carpet cleaning "adventure" with a "free" carpet cleaning that came with a sales pitch from Kirby vaccuums. It was a horrible job -- the area didn't get clean and it crunched when you walked on the carpet. I am so glad we didn't buy their overpriced product -- and cannot get any help/response from the Kirby company to "comment" on their product. You couldn't have sent out a nicer man to clean the carpets. I am totally amazed with one of the rooms that the carpet now looks like new. I would be totally willing to have you use our experience with Kirby in any way to market your product. The service was superior, the cleaning was awesome and any time I spoke or emailed your company we received prompt, courteous responses.

I liked the way the carpets looked after they were done! We have off white carpet and they had spots on them but no more! I also really liked the person who they sent to clean. He was knowledgeable and very nice.

I think the young man who did our carpets was Nick, but I'm not 100% sure of the name. He did a great job, was extremely polite, and very knowledgeable of your products and services. The carpets look great, and I'm sure when we get our kitched rug back it will look great as well.
