Our service provider David was very professional. He got stains out of my carpet I really thought would never come clean. We have 2 dogs and my husband smokes in the house, and now all my carpets smell clean and fresh. I will be referring everyone I know who may need service, and I will definitely be calling back when I need you again. And if possible I would like to have the same gentleman David clean them, he was FABULOUS!!! He walked me through every step he was doing and why, educated me on the Do's and Don'ts, and made recommendations, such as the stain guard protection which I had him put in all my rooms. I have told everyone at work how I had to save up the money to have the cleaning done, however my carpets look almost brand new and they are 14 years old, and how it has been "Worth Every Penny".

Very friendly tech, shared lots of information

The results were amazing! This was our last ditch effort to clean some very ugly carpets before we replaced them. We have 4 busy kids and raise service dogs so have had 3 puppies in 3 years on these carpets. You can imagine what the carpets looked like. After your service, we were able to defer the carpet replacement for another year. There are no words to be able to describe how incredible they look now!

The carpets looked and smelled clean after your method of cleaning. This was my 3rd time to use your services, and I had very good men each time. However, this time, Matt Thompson had a tough job, cleaning up after a sloppy bathroom remodel. Matt apologized afterward, because nothing would completely take out the grout that was on the hallway carpet, right outside the bathroom door. However, when I look at it now, I don't think anyone would even notice, since Matt was able to take off quite a bit of the stain. Thanks, Matt, and thanks to your whole staff at Zerorez!!!!!
