The young men came right on time. They did an awesome job on a very difficult cleaning area. I could not be more pleased. My carpet looks new and the white sofa of 12 years almost new. they worked quickly and the carpet also dried quickly! We will most definitely be using this company again. they did a great job of getting awful pet stains out of a new carpet.

The Technician Joshua Tulloch was outstanding his customer service skills and technical skills could not be beat. Our carpets look like new. The chairs did not come as clean as we hoped but Joshua did explain fully that generally they are more difficult due to the fibers.
I do have one complaint. When I placed my order, I understood that I wouldn't be charged for a small strip of carpet in my RV because I didn't have 3 rooms for cleaning. I had 2 flights of 7 steps, one hallway, a landing, and a small area in a TV room. I was wasn't home at the time or I would have brought is up when presented with the bill.
He was right on time, looked over house gave us his advice on things that would help us like the traffic lane spray protectant which we did,no hard sale on add ons,did a great job very polite and fast have allready recommended you guys to many family and friends

We took a chance using Zerorez, but glad we did... Zerorez actually got up make-up and many other things from our carpet that 2 other carpet companies could not and said the it was impossible. That was over 2 years ago, so you would think that it was a permanent stain. Wrong... All those stains came clean.... Thank you Zerorez!!!!!
