The service guys were great! I have a 'pet' pad under my carpeting in the basement which does not allow moisture that spills on the carpet to get into the pad. We had tons of rain over the weekend so part of my basement got wet. The service guy pulled back the carpeting and told me that the water was staying under the pad because of the design. He told me to pull back the carpeting and the pad so they could dry out. If we had not discovered that we would have had HUGE mold issues! I am so thankful that he noticed that.

We were so surprised at the beautiful outcome of our Zerorez experience. We were on the brink of spending 5ooo.oo on all new carpet and decided to try Zerorez. It looks like we got our new carpet.
