My carpets have not been cleaned for years and I didn't really know what to expect from the service. I was extreamly pleased with the products they used and Doug was very friendly and professional. The carpets are actually soft again and Doug was able to remove all the stains. I definitely could have found a cheaper carpet cleaner company but I have never had a better job done.
