They were fast and got my carpet to look like new.... It was really bad before. I have tried on several occasions to clean the carpets myself and I thought that was as good as they would get... NOPE! They look great and safe for my 6 month old and pets!

Carpet looked better than I thought it would. It seems to look better each day. The guy who came out was professional and at the same time friendly. He listened to my concerns and answered my questions.

When scheduling they went thru the pricing, etc. clearly. They called me to remind me of my appointment time like they said they would. The very friendly and professional technician called ahead of time and gave me an ETA, which he met. He explained everything in detail, taught me a little about carpet fibers and the correct way to spot clean them myself. Left my house better than when he came in. The carpets dried within the time he said they would and they look and feel great! I will continue to use Zerorez and recommend them when ever I can!

The carpet is soft as opposed to other times that we've had it cleaned by other companies. Overall it looks great and it's white carpeting that is 20 years old. We do have a few spots that are a bit dark but I don't want to put anymore money into it. Overall very nice. The technicians were great! Friendly and very fast. Nice guys. Good job.

For the most part most of the stains came out - jury is still out with some stains on my porch - Joe was very knowledgeable. May need to have spots on porch done again.

This was the first time that I have done business with your company. My experience was excellent. The work was done by lead technician Andrew Spalding and I was amazed by how good my carpeting looked when he was finished. With other companies, I have had technicians show up and rush through the job in order to get on to the next stop. Andrew took the time to make sure that the job was done properly.

I spent much of my working career hiring, training and instilling customer service skills in employees. Andrew is a first rate representative for your company.

The product that was used exceeded our expectations! I'm assuming that with the use of empowered water versus chemicals, that our carpets will remain cleaner.

Joe was very professional, worked quickly, and thoroughly cleaned our carpets. The bill he presented upon completion had no surprises.

The appointment time and arrival time of the service worker (Tony) was right on. After 20 years of wear on our carpeting we did not expect a miracle but when Tony was done we felt our carpeting looked like it did when it was first installed.
