The product. You seem to be able to get anything in a carpet clean. The technicians are on time, know their business and friendly. I have been looking for most of my adult life (and that's a loooong time) for a reliable carpet cleaning company. I am so glad Zerorez came to town!

I was totally amazed that the process could remove some seriously stains from heavy traffic areas. The technician was very courteous and explained the process very well.

Clean, fresh appearance of the carpet. The wonderful help of the technician, and he knowledge and helpfullness in keeping my carpet looking new and giving me hints for special stains. He also offered me zerores products.

Great service technicians. Friendly and helpful throughout their time at my home. Carpets were not heavily soiled to begin with but came back to like-new appearance with zerorez.

The two gentlemen that came out were absolutely wonderful. They were both so polite, professional and friendly. They did an outstanding job. Excellent Service. Also - one of the pet stains resurfaced after initial cleaning and they came right back out and took care of it. Would highly recommend their services.

My carpets look amazing. I really did not think it could ever be that clean again. The carpets don't have that stcky stiff feeling from the soaps. Frank and crew were so great.
