Especially impressed with the duct cleaning. I've lived here since 1980 and never has any company cleaned our ducts to the degree that was done by Zerorex. Also, the associates, Nick and Ryan were very professional and courteous. I also had carpets cleaned to my satisfaction. Nick demonstrated the protective spray which was also done on the carpeting. Thank goodness...it worked like a charm in the middle of the night when blood from a cut on my toe dropped on the freshly cleaned carpet. I merely wiped it off with a wet cloth. Whew... I was nervous about that one!

Nate did a good job, made some recommendations which I took--a protective finish on carpeting. Got out a spot a previous cleaner (with excellent reputation) said he couldn't get out.

My carpets look new again. I also like the cleaning powder I purchased. I used it on a carpet stain and in the laundry. It took the stain out of the carpet without scrubbing.

The customer service was excellent. The technicians arrived on time, were polite and took the time to explain the cleaning process and what I could expect for an outcome. The results were great…my carpets are clean and odor free. I will definitely use Zerorez again.

I like the idea of less residue on the carpeting. However, I do have pets so I did request for some product to be applied to protect the carpet.

Roman was AWESOME! He was on-time(hugh plus), very courteous and respectful of property. He made sure to explain everything to us and took time during the cleaning to show us the results. AMAZING! We have a dog that puts down a fair amount of dirt, fur and other dog substances. Roman was able to transform our carpets from dirty and dingy to clean and fresh. Zerorez (Tim) did a great job in a short time. He was very professional and respectful. The carpet dried quickly and left a fresh citrus smell. They were able to get the pet stains out. The carpet almost looks new! I was recommended by a friend and glad I followed through with her recommendation.
