The technicians, Andy and Joe were very professional and friendly. I appreciated the phone call update when they were running late (sometimes service companies do not do that). I was impressed with the orange stair post protectors they used to protect against the hoses rubbing up against them. I was also impressed that they wore shoe booties. As far as the products go, we selected Zerorez because of the more natural(?) methods they use for cleaning. It seems that a good job was done and comparable to another company that we had been using for many years. The only negative comment that I had, was that I wish that I would have made it clearer that the sofa and loveseat should be moved to clean behind and under in our loft. I wish that was standard service, similar to other companies.

The cleaning products are natural, clean, fresh and I don't feel any residue. The carpet looks clean and refreshed, and smells naturally fresh too. The C.S. was top notch from the phone call I made for the appointment to the time my carpet was cleaned. Top notch customer service, attention to detail and follow up have been outstanding...something you just don't see anymore!!!
