The fact that there are no chemicals used. Also, moving everything except the very
large items, you feel like you got a very thorough job done. Aaron, the technician,
had a nice personality, was thorough with his explanation and did an excellent job.

Freindly, and carpet looks and smells great!

First guy aparently did not do the job properly. The Second Guy sent out (Robert) was very informative, advised me of the proper steps that should have been take. He fixed the problem. At first was disappointed but now am happy. I will be requesting Robert for a duct cleaing soon

The technician you sent was polite, professional, knowledgeable, well dressed and respectful. He told us what to expect from the carpets and went straight to work. He called to let us know he was on his way and made sure we understood the charges and what services were being provided...I would highly recommend Zerorez (I already actually have).

The overall experience was very good. I have rental property surprisingly one of my places had many very bad stains which I did not believe would come out. Zerorez came out, cleaned the carpet, when they left all the stains appeared to be gone. The next day one stain came back lightly. I called, Zerorez they quickly scheduled an appointment to resolve the returning stain issue. This time 98% of the retuning stain came out and only us who knew where the stain was can see any signs of it.

Zerorez may cost a little more, than other I have used but they are worth it.

Purchased Zerorez spot cleaner for future to replace Resolve cleaner, which only served as a dirt magnet where I had used it in the past.
Jon had No Problem with helping me with moving larger pieces of furniture...matter of fact, he put them back in place by himself.

Your guy had a cancellation and called to ask if he could come early. Yeah! The guy was nice, professional, careful and did a beautiful job on the carpet. The HUGE red wine stain is gone and the rug looks new again!

After first cleaning the carpet looked much better but there were still some spots that needed to be treated and the high traffic area's still looked a bit dingy. After asking for and being granted a recleaning(no extra charge) of the affected areas the carpet looked even better and darn near new looking. Not bad for a light colored 10 year old carpet trod on by kids and pets. Much better job than previous carpet cleaning companies I have used. Highly recommend!
