My white carpet once again looked almost like new after 17 years and many cleanings. I can't believe the traffic area came so clean! Juan, the technitian, did an outstanding job of explaining everything and then doing an exceptional cleaning job. I would highly recommend Zerorez to my friends and family.

Robert was very professional and efficient - a very hard worker! The products that he used to pretreat our carpets smelled amazing! Our carpets look wonderful. I was very impressed by the problem bedroom that we had cleaned. It is an almost white carpet and have several stains from a puppy, as well as some beverage spills. There are still two faint stains, but I didn't think they would come out, as they were very dark. But the pet stains are gone and the room smells fresh and clean!

Your technician, Roman, was an excellent representative of your company, exhibiting the knowledge, professionalism and performance that I pictured your company based on the radio ads I have heard. Over other companies I've experienced, I'm impressed by your pre-visit communications, post visit follow-up and, in general, your business model. The only other entity I can liken it to as to performance and efficiency is the Mayo Clinic

The service staff was friendly and went around the rooms before cleaning asking about major stains along with the cleaning process used. The lead worker cared about the job he was doing by checking with us on what we thought about the cleaning of each room. The workers called ahead to let us know they were on their way and they were very professional through out the job.

The service was timely and eco friendly. Your employee was couteous and knowledgable about the products. The only down side is the solicitation of other Zerorez products. I personally don't want someone trying to sell me something that I haven't asked for. Fortunately the guy that came was not pushy and so I will use your service again.

I have never had a carpet cleaning company that when the job was done the carpet looks like new.
The last time I had a carpet cleaning company I was so unhappy that I actually lived with it for a year before replaceing all the carpet.

What do you like about our products and services?

Our technician was very nice and not pushy--I would request him the next time we need our carpets cleaned. Almost all of the stains came out--we are very pleased! No chemical odors after the cleaning (which is good!) and our carpets dried fairly quickly. The whole process was very easy. I would use this company again.
