The staff was very friendly and professional, and it did not take a long time to do. The carpets look great, it just seemed to take long for them to dry but by the end of the day they were completely dry. I would for sure use them again.
Our technician was Name removed Knoblauch. He was excellent! I told him what my expectations were and what I wanted done, and he listened and reconfirmed my expectations. We had our carpets cleaned from Zerorez prior, but they did not look as good as they did on this service call. Name removed was very detailed and very personable. Tyler, our technician, got out 97% of the stains on our carpet. These included: make-up in my teenager's room, puppy accidents, coffee drips, heavy traffic dirt on our stairway. I vacuum regularly, but was astounded how clean my carpeting looks after the carpet was cleaned. The carpet felt nice on our bare feet and smelled clean too. I was considering buying new carpeting, but now we can just have Zerorez clean it next time. I am going to recommend Zerorez to my friends! Thank you!!
It makes sense to not use soap and chemicals. It's only been a couple days so I'm hoping the spots don't come back. The cleaner was very informative, professional and nice.

It feels like a fresh clean and good for the environment. No scum or residue left after it's been cleaned and you can clean up spots easily after the cleaning.
The professional was very friendly. He saw spots that I've never seen before. BUT I asked him before the cleaning if he wouldn't get the edges of the carpets in 2 different places and then after the carpet was cleaned I told him I worried about the edges because they didn't look clean. Now I see when the carpet is dried, it's still dirty. I wonder if they need different tools to get the small areas.
carpets don't get dirty so fast because you don't use soaps pr detergents. Service people are very professional yet friendly. they moved furniture, cleaned behind sofas, etc. They explained the cleaning procedures, very careful of belongings. this is the third time we have had Zerorez here, so obviously we are happy with the service in all areas. I have referred several friends over the years and they also are pleased.
Joe, the cleaner that came to my house was extremely friendly, and respectful. He was not pushy with his sales, but did suggest a scotch guard like coat. When I declined his offer he did not push. I had a great experience with Joe, and will defiantly use your services again. Thank you for your services. I would appreciate it if you would tell Joe how satisfied we were with his service.

First name removed was extremly knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything in detail before bringing in any equipment. The job was excellent and I would highly recommend First name removed and Zerorez.
Staff was on-time, professional and courteous. Carpets were magnificent after cleaning even though it had been 10 years since last cleaned.
