Carpet looks FANTASTIC and it has been 2 weeks!!! People have asked in we got new carpet. It never still looked good even a few days after a cleaning before from other companies!! We will have you back soon to clean more rooms in our house! We love it!

To put it simple, it works, my carpet was beyond cleaning even your guy said that there is no way this will come clean, then he laid your cleaning products on it and before my eyes, with your empowered water, it lifted out the dirt and stains. It made me a believer. I had a window guy over giving an quote and he asked and I showed him. He was sold on too. I am glad I took the time to call after hearing your radio ad on 92.5 FM. I was afraid that the vibrant colors within my area rug would fade after the cleaning. In fact, it looked brand new. All the hidden pet "accidents" have now been removed. I then sent the larger matching area rug in for cleaning. The people I spoke with at the Richfield site where the rug was cleaned were very professional, helpful and friendly. The two teams who delivered the smaller rug and picked up the larger rug were on time, courteous, and called me 15 minutes before the pick up and delivery. Great service!!

You guys do a nice job, i'm a repeat customer....a little on the pricy side especially when you add on rooms, ect, but worth the difference vs. the low cost providers. I'd recommend some package deals for more than the 3 room special.....my bill was alomst $500 for a 2000 sq/ft home and a substantial area of the main floor is hardwood. Last comment- your tile/grout cleaning service was worth every penny, it looks better than I have ever seen it!
The carpet cleaning turned out better than I had hoped. It looked very clean and felt very clean as well with no residue. It Did not take too long to dry either.
