I always appreciate good customer service, and Scott provided that and more! He explained everything very well, and I told him I was under a slight time constraint, and he and his associate got done in plenty of time.

I will always use Zerorez because there is no reason not to!!! Scott did such a great job for me.

I like how well the Zerorez process cleans carpets and area rugs. Plus very knowledgeable and friendly associates who clean the carpets.

I liked that it was enviornmentally safe and didn't leave any residue in the carpets. Everything smelled clean and fresh after. The service rep. who cleaned my carpet was considerate of my home and knowledgeable about what he does. A stain on my sofa came out and I had tried several things to get it out!

we really liked that zerorez didnt soak our carpets with water and we actually could walk on them not to long after they were cleaned. we also appreciate that they made it right after we noticed a pretty big gash in the corner of our wall that was made by the cleaner by accident. we definitely will use this company again. our carpet looks new again.
