Our first visit was not so good. The light carpet was cleaned somewhat but left with a lot of dirt and streaks! Zerorez was very nice about correctng the problem.
The second visit really cleaned the carpet. It was much better. We are now happy with the cleaning job.

I think they should ask about the stain protection application prior to cleaning the carpets instead of after. It would seem more though out instead of an after thought.
I did buy the stain remover, but of couse haven't tried it yet.
I think the cleaning job done was a good one, my heavy traffic area's even look good.
