I've used other carpet cleaning companies and they don't get all the dirt and stains out. I have 2 large dogs and white carpet, I know Zerorez will get every last spot out. My carpets look like new when they finish.

The technician that does the job makes "all the difference" in the world. Having never tried zerorez before, I was a bit skeptical but now....A TOTAL BELIEVER !!! Our technician was Tyler and he knew right away the job was bigger and would take longer than what the office suggested. Instead of being crabby, or working fast, or cutting corners he was exaclty the opposite...he explained the process zerorez uses, all of the services zerores offers and after a walk through he was on his merry way to do the job. I have NEVER seen a technician working for a company like this young man...knowledgeable, patient and what us old timers would call "a real company man". He was a delight to work with and I will NEVER USE ANYONE BUT ZEROREZ. Your technician needs to be complimented for doing such a wonderful job on all my cleaning needs and also for demonstrating such a good work ethic for the company.
