Appointment set up was easy. Technicians called ahead as promised, and arrived within the time window I was told. Technicians were extremely courteous, explained the process, took extra care not to scratch or mar any walls or woodwork. Most importantly, the results were fantastic! My carpet is old and worn out, but the cleaning almost removed the obvious "wear paths" that I have been unable to remove shampooing it myself twice each year. I also had them clean my couch, and it definitely removed the slight soil from the arms and back.

The price was not exactly cheap, but was certainly reasonable and fair. And again, the results on both couch and carpet were excellent.

The serviceman was very thorough and very professional. He worked hard and did a great job!!!

I like the fact that there is no soapy residue and the carpets dry quickly. We did have an issue with equipment failure, but Ben found a way to get it back up and running to finish the job.

My carpet felt clean. The guys that did the cleaning were extremely nice. They went out of their way to be helpful. I asked that they come back and try to remove some spots that they missed; this was done in a couple of days and it did the trick. Will definitely have them back.

The techician did an excellent job and was very friendly and professional. My carpets look great. My only disappointed concerned the purchase of Zero Stink. I purchased a bottle to remove pet vomit. Unfortunately, I had an opportunity to need it and the results were poor. It did not remove the stain and I had to use my old stand-by Resolve.

Professional and courteous technicians, also very efficient and informative. No high pressure to purchase more but willing to give a price quote for more services. It hasn't been long enough to tell how well the cleaning will hold up and not attract dirt as it is still drying.

Your technicians are very thorough and ensure that the customer is satisfied with their work before leaving. They are very careful while pulling the hose through the house placing bumper guards on the corner walls and a curtain over the front door. This was the 4th time you have cleaned for us and the only one we will ever use in the future.

The fact that your process leaves no residue is such a plus. I can't wait to get our new carpets and use Zerorez cleaning from the get-go. Everything about Zerorez is great, from the process of cleaning to the technicians who have always been so helpful and informative.

Not too smelly to make me ill-I have trouble with odors. In fact it still smells fresh and clean.

The tech was very pleasant and patient with our questions and concerns and did the best he could with the pet stains. He did a wonderful job on the 2 paths where we always walk in the great room and master bedroom.

Your pricing is a good deal for the work done. We have been unhappy with other cleaners in the past and their costs.
