The technician was very thorough walking thru the areas to be cleaned. He was extremely knowledgable about the process and the expected results. We had a few tough to remove stains, but the zerorez process was effective in removing all stains. The cleaning process, results and friendly service exceeded my expectations.
I LOVE that there aren't chemicals and that even the pre-spotter is a natural product. Also, my technician was FABULOUS. Not only was he informative, he was friendly and willing to go above and beyond. We couldn't be more happy with our experience.
