Our living room carpet is 33 years old and has survived pets, little kids and much traffic. The carpet looks close to new and no odors remain. The only thing is was not happy about was the extra charges. I have never professional done carpet cleaning before and the gentleman first thing asked if there were pet urine areas, smelled the carpet and said the only way he would clean this area was to pretreat for $75.00 a room otherwise this system would leave an odor afterwards. It was mentioned to me that if we had pet odor they might have to pre treat. I understood that but did not realize the price to go with it. Things were worked out to the satisfaction of both parties but please mention the additional charges when appt. is set up. thank you,

Erin was very friendly and explained everything that he was going to be doing when cleaning the carpet. He was very careful as to not dent or bump into the freshly painted walls. The carpets look great and it smells fresh in our house. Zerorez is the best way to clean.

Moe was very imformitive. I had areas on that due to the ware and soil on the carpet that we both new would/could come back. Carpet is basicly broken down. House was built in 1995 and it is the original carpet. All!! spots came out so I was extremely happy. After having 3 extra people living here for 9 months he did a fantastic job and I would recommend you and him to all that ask. Thanks!!

Fast friendly service, products appear better since the process seems to be chemical free eventhough the pretreatment solution probably has chemicals in it. I should have asked more about that just out of curiousity. Overall, very happy and am already a repeat customer.
