Tony was very nice, extremely polite, took the time to explain things
the end results were amazing! Tony cleaned the tile/grout in the foyer & hallway and the difference stunned me. It is like a new floor. Also, the berber carpet in the family room
was pretty dirty and it came out very clean. You can really tell the difference.

I really liked that Zerorez doesn't use chemicals to clean because it's healthier for my family and pets and it didn't leave any order after cleaning. I had some very stubborn stains that we had tried to get out using our own carpet cleaning machine...and didn't work. The carpet looks brand new after Zerorez and I truly thought we would have to replace the carpet in that room! I will definitely call Zerorez again and have already recommended them to friends! Explanation of the process and the courteous two men who cleaned our carpet.

Honesty up front.
The guys told us upfront that with our carpet being 20 years old, they are not going to be able to remove the wear stains in the high traffic areas (We have very light/almost white carpet.)
I was told to expect them between 3-6 o’clock. They called at 3:10 and were at the house in 15 min.
Nick and Brian did a wonderful job. They were extremely polite and thorough.
They put a cover over the front door (It was about 25 deg. outside) keeping in most of the heat.
I couldn’t have been more pleased with the cost. Got the “January” special for 3 rooms and they honored that price for another 3 rooms as well.
This is the first time I’ve ever had Zerorez and it WONT be the last.
