While this service was definitely a little on the pricier end in comparison to other places we looked at, the reviews were consistently good. I believe we got our moneys worth. The young man who came to clean our carpets was very up front about everything he was going to do and the cost of everything. Nothing was hidden. He was quick but thorough in doing his job. He was also very polite and friendly. Our carpets have definitely seen better days (they are over 10 years old and the previous owners had pets and also smoked). We primarily just wanted a good deep down clean. We were very pleasantly surprised that they not only smelled better and looked cleaner, but they felt WAY softer and fluffier than they ever have! Thanks for doing a very good job!

I like the look and no foul smells. It feel's nice to walk on and the couch looks brand new. That takes a lot with doing day-care and have a lot of tiny hands and noses on it.

Issac did a wonderful job. Explained how the system works. Very clean fresh smell, and the carpet (it's old) looked like new after he was done. All of the doggie stains came out, and the nap on the carpet is back to full and tight. It feels so good to have the carpet this clean, and smell so fresh.

We had the nicest two guys come out. Our carpets have been cleaned about every 6 months but are soiled by pets. It was getting to the point where many of the spots just didn't come out anymore. Before we replaced the carpet I thought I would try Zerorez. I am so amazed at the results...seriously. So many of the spots are completely gone and it doesn't smell at all. I could not be more thrilled with the carpet. It looks so nice again. I would definately have them come out again.
