The carpet seems to be clean-we do have a couple of spots that seem to be cleaned to us, but these spots were very dirty, so we can still see, in our minds eye, the spots that were there.

I was very worried about the spots and stains in the carpet not coming out. I have had them cleaned in the past and the spots just seemed to never go away. Right away I could tell a Huge difference with Zerorez. There were spots that the other guys couldn't get and they are now gone! I baught the spot treatment and the oder eliminator also. Sadley enough I have had to use them already (puppy) BUT, they work FANTASTIC!! I am so glad I did this!

The service was EXCELLENT! The carpet loosk great, I only wish I would have done the other room as intended regardless of success on results. (The room had some major stains from beverages and the friendly team was honest in result probability)

I like that you don't use chemicals to clean the carpets. The gentleman that cleaned my carpets was very professional.

Our carpets look so nice - old stains even came out! And now our furnace ducts are also clean and that sure needed to be done. The guys that came out were so nice and very particular in making sure things were done neatly and to perfection.

They did a very thorough job of cleaning my carpet. I had light carpet on the stairs that were the most soiled and they said they may show some darker or greyer areas when they got done. But they looked excellent. Very pleased with the Senior Technician. He brought a fairly new employee to train in and I thought he did an excellent job of training and explaining to me when I had questions. It might had taken longer to dry then was mentioned but he advised me to use clean white socks to walk on it when it was still wet, which I did and I kept many changes of socks so that I would not soil the cleaned carpet, if I would walk other than on the carpet that had just been cleaned.

Chris and Jon were very nice and informative. They told us the truth about the carpet and what to expect. Everything that had been discussed from the very beginning went as we were told and we would like to thank you all for the prompt and timely Service. We will use you service again when necessary and will recommend you to others. Thank again.

They did not try to up-sell me on ANYTHING, which I absolutely hate when companies do this for in-house services. The technician was very courteous and thoroughly explained the cleaning process. He protected the entrance of the house and the corners of walls to prevent any damage. I was skeptical about some of the soiled areas getting clean, but I was pleasantly surprised! It looks great!

Carpet turned out great. New puppy with some pet stain's. They are gone and can't smell anything.

Carpets come very clean and dry fast. Same with upholstery. The vaccuming of drapes is superb.
