Well, I've only had the rugs picked up. But the people were prompt and professional. In speaking to the rep on the phone, she was professional and helpful.

Your technician Tyler was prompt, called ahead and explained fully the services provided. He offered a complete explanation of your process vs. the competition and cited several advantages in using Zerorez, chiefly leaving no residue when done. He gave an accurate estimate of how long the job would take and even showed me a before and after comparison to demonstrate the difference - wow. All in all.....perfect. Fast, neat, and a job well done. I would certainly recommend Zerorez to everyone.

Chris Renslow was the person that serviced our carpets. I found Chris to be very informative in explaining the process and why it was the best process for cleaning carpets.
He did an excellent job. My wife and I could not be more satisfied. I have passed out a couple of Chris's cards to my friends and they said they would give him a call when they need the service.
Also I believe Chris is a excellent representative for your company.

The first thing I liked was the nice man who explained what my carpet needed - pet stains and the process. He was neat and efficient in the cleaning. I liked that it felt almost ddry when he was done and my house did not feel humid when he left. It looks good and smells good, not that perfumy, soapy smell. Thanks.

Very pleased with the results of the cleaning. The initial setting up for services was not the good....I don't think the person knew what they were doing in giving an estimate.

Delivered what was promised

Very professional, quicker than expected and even dried sooner than I thought it would. Friendly helpful technician. Able to get spots out that I thought would be there forever.
Also didn't have to vacuum all the chemicals off that other services put on carpet. I liked knowing that the clean carpets weren't poisoning my family!
