The carpets are cleaner and brighter. Even though the carpets are over 13 yrs. old the "walking paths" cleaned up very well.

To be clear, I am the contractor performing repair work, not the homeowner of this property. My intention as the contractor is to exceed the expectations of my clients. to that end, I continually seek professionals who are also perusing the same goals as I am.

My experience with Zerorez exceeded my expectations, and I'm not easy to please. That being said, my customers have the final say as to weather or not I have met, or exceeded, their expectations. My customer was amazed with the results Zreorez achieved in cleaning her carpet ! Stains she has not been able to remove you were able to remove with your special treatments and attention to detail. Zerorez is the ONLY carpet cleaning service I will use, and the only service I will recommend ! Well done !

Chris was very nice and explained the process well. He even got my wife to do the protective care. I do not care that you have a trip charge. I think you should be up front with the price that you advertise.

The customer service was excellent. The explanation of the process was thorough. The young men who cleaned our carpet I think one was Tyler and I forgot the other. They explained what they were doing in each room and what to expect.
We are happily enjoying our clean rooms. Thank you.

There weren't extra costs. The technician Robert was exceptional. Carpets are very clean and they dried fairly quickly, especially where Robert put the fan.

The 2 service people were very polite, respectful of the home and completed the cleaning in a very timely manner. It was very nice not to have any soap residue left on the carpet and to watch the change in the color of the carpet as the cleaning was being done was amazing.
