What do you like about our products and services?

It was fast and the result was a clean and fresh feeling carpet with no residue. We had a path on the stairs that really looked worn and possibly needing replacement. After it was cleaned, it looks new! I don't completely understand what empowered water really is but it works.

What do you like about our products and services?

Technician was a very personable young man. Our only complaint: not the right tool for tool for cleaning along baseboard edges and doorways. Removal of pet stains and other spots was excellent. Overall he did a very good job.

The service techs were on time, professional and knowledgeable. Both techs explained the process and made recommendations on specific treatments available. Carpets were cleaned in a timely matter with great results.

Supposedly they use a "green" product, orange peel? seem to work out good, wife was happy with the results, thats most important. The guys were professional and answered any questions I had. Thanks guys!

The most important thing I recognized was the two gentlemen that came out to do the job were very professional and that what I would recommend to my friends and family. The cleaning was also great but I do see some marks showing. Thank you for a great experience.

I'm sold on the method of cleaning that Zerorez uses. The technicians were very professional, knowledgeable and thorough in their explanation of procedure and billing. Great job Rey & Aaron! Would definitely recommend.
