It doesn't leave behind the soap residue. I was impressed with their anti-pet smell product too, which so far is working. The workers were amazing in how much they explained, kept all costs up front, and I felt worked really hard to get my carpet clean.

What do you like about our products and services?

After I got my carpets cleaned my house smelled clean and refreshed. Although I can still see the dirty spots in the high traffic areas the carpet looks much better that it did before they were cleaned. My stairs were the worst and they look so much better!

The guys were informative, not pushy. They seemed to be there to clean and not just to sell more product. And, the results were awesome. I will definitely use them again.

This was my very first experience with Zerorez. The young man, Mason was so knowledgeable
about his product and explained everything to us. He did an excellent job! . . and I will
have Zerorez again! I've told everyone about Zerorez .. in fact, my neighbors called me this afternoon asking how we liked Zerorez. You should be hearing from them soon. I
will be calling to arrange for an appointment to have my furniture cleaned. If Zerorez
does as good a job as with my carpet, I will be more than satified!!

The crew showed up when they said they would. They guys were both very professional and courteous. The went above and beyond expectations and our carpet turned out great. First name removed, the lead guy was very thorough with explainations and proceedures. They definately put in the etra effort and it shows. I would and will be recommending to friends in the future.
