I really like the door hanger thing they put up to keep the bugs out and kept the house from losing heat at the same time. They even offered to help bring my groceries in as I pulled up and they were there to greet me. I have already referred them to six family and friends. You should be getting some calls for more work.

We are very pleased with the results. When I called to inquire about your services the phone rep. was pleasant, genuine and very helpful. Jonathan Wiedl the technician that cleaned our carpets was great. He explained what was needed to remove the pet stains and clean the carpets. I also inquired about duct cleaning, he checked our furnace and showed me the furnace filter and that in the near future it would be a good idea to get the furnace cleaned. We are very satisfied and will call Zerorez in the future.

I had called to set up the carpet cleaning to be done while we were on vacation. My daughter came and met with the crew and everything was beautiful and carpets dry when we returned from Mexico !! The phone representative was very helpful and knowledgeable that I spoke with and the entire process was completed per the quote to perfection. My daughter also told me that the crew called ahead of time and were on time for the appointment. I would have to say great service with very friendly staff.
